Behind the scenes before you arrive at TSS
- Your car will have been hand picked, for both quality and value.
- It will have been prepared by our own workshop; we service the car and we check it for Safety and any faults.
- The car is meticulously valeted; as new is what we strive for.
When you arrive at TSS
- Drive into the customer parking area, it’s sign posted through the car display area.
- You’ll be a few steps from being amidst our car line-up
- You’ll be greeted by a TSS member of staff.
- They’ll help you find the models your looking for.
- They’ll listen to what you’re thinking about.
- If you find the car you think might do the job (or you’re just wondering), take a test drive. It’s not inconvenient; it’s what we do!
- If you’ve got a got a part exchange – great! – just mention it, they’ll get you a price (don’t worry you wont be disappointed)
- They’re also trained and will help with all aspects of F&I and take you through the FSA procedure.
- If it’s the right car for you, you can secure it there and then. You’ll need a deposit, cash, credit or debit card (and your drivers licence and a utility bill if taking our finance option)
After you’ve chosen your car
You'll be introduced to Geoff our Customer Care Manager, his job is to get you into your new car. In the most efficient, easy way .
- Road fund licence - you have to pay, but we arrange it, complete the documentation and go and collect it.
- You can have 7 days free motor insurance, (subject to some conditions) which gets you on your way, it also provides you with a really competitive quote when yours is up for renewal
- When all this is done, Geoff takes you through our no hassle hand over routine.
- We aim to have all this done for you on the same day or within 24hrs, we deliver within 2 hours if it suits.
