I have been working at Thame Service Station for over 13 years. I started as a salesman and have worked my way up to salesmanager and am also now a director.

I believe that every customer that comes to Thame Service Station should be heard. I mean that each salesmen needs to listen to exactly what the customer is saying and then provide a solution. How many time have you been shopping and not been listened to?

I am sure that this was one of the main reasons that we were recognised by Motor Trader magazine as used car retailer of the year. An award I am immensly proud of.

I like to meet every customer who buys from TSS personally so please don't go without saying hello.
