Accounts Assistant
We require a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our busy accounts team. The ideal applicant will need to be accurate, receptive and quick to learn.
You will be required to process all purchase invoices, reconcile invoices to suppliers statements and liaise with suppliers where necessary. You will also be required to purchase all vehicles onto the Dealer Management System. There will be other administrative tasks such as producing sales invoices, processing the daily banking, filing and other general office duties.
You will be working with the Accounts Manager continuously looking for new ways to improve profitability.
Experience in Sage Line 50, Microsoft Excel and Word would be an advantage but not essential.
