Accounts Assistant

We require a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our busy accounts team.  The ideal applicant will need to be accurate, receptive and quick to learn.

You will be required to process all purchase invoices, reconcile invoices to suppliers statements and liaise with suppliers where necessary. You will also be required to purchase all vehicles onto the Dealer Management System. There will be other administrative tasks such as producing sales invoices, processing the daily banking, filing and other general office duties.

You will be working with the Accounts Manager continuously looking for new ways to improve profitability.

Experience in Sage Line 50, Microsoft Excel and Word would be an advantage but not essential.

Car Sales Executive

Thame Service Station are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our dedicated Sales team. The Successful applicant will be able to sell cars and provide a buying experience for the customer that is second to none.

We pride ourselves on being the best at what we do and we want to work with people who are passionate about working for an industry leader.

 Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Car Sales
  • Helping customers arrange finance through Black Horse
  • Selling Warranty
  • Selling GAP
  • Selling Supagurd
  • Presentation of the site
  • Taking photos of the stock and uploading to website.


The successful candidate will have:

  • A burning desire for success.
  • Target driven, be able to deliver on sales targets.
  • Rapport building skills.
  • High personal motivation and initiative.
  • Computer literate.
